**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a skilled Line Cook to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in food preparation and a passion for delivering high-quality dishes in a fast-paced environment.

**Duties:**

- Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat, etc.)

- Cook food according to recipes or personal judgment

- Ensure all dishes are served at the correct temperature

- Monitor food stock and place orders when there are shortages

- Maintain a clean and orderly kitchen by sanitizing surfaces, taking out trash, etc.

- Collaborate with the kitchen team to ensure timely and accurate food production

**Requirements:**

- Proven experience as a Line Cook or relevant position

- Knowledge of various cooking methods, ingredients, equipment, and procedures

- Understanding of food safety practices

- Ability to work well in a team setting

- Excellent time management skills

- Diploma from a culinary school is a plus
